Coverdale North America was founded in 2006 by Cheryl Arrowood-Martens and Karsten Martens. Since 2011, Coverdale North America is owned and operated by Cheryl.
Cheryl’s coaching and facilitation approach are engaging and participatory, guiding clients to gain more clarity and confidence. She has globally designed, developed, and delivered professional learning & development programs for 14+ years. Cheryl has worked with clients in health care, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, luxury goods, education, and more. She is an experienced certified coach, facilitator, and certified in various assessments and programs, including Cornell University’s Diversity & Inclusion Certificate Program. Cheryl leads a team of coaches that are professionally trained on the Coverdale Learning Method.
Coverdale North America is a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) with New York State and New York City.
