Coverdale North America was founded in 2006 and has been owned and led by Cheryl Arrowood-Martens since 2011.
Cheryl is a senior Learning & Leadership Development strategist with 15+ years of experience partnering with healthcare systems, global organizations, and companies across consumer products, luxury goods, higher education, and biotechnology — designing and delivering programs that build stronger leaders and more resilient cultures.
Her work spans leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning, and human-centered change — always custom-designed and connected to real business outcomes. Across all of her work, Cheryl brings a distinctly engaging, participatory style and a human-centered approach—one that addresses emotions, mindset, and behavior, and prioritizes a collaborative strategic approach, communication, trust, and engagement to build lasting buy-in and sustainable results.
Every program is grounded in experiential learning through experiential learning theories and the Coverdale Learning Method, and integrates emotional intelligence, inclusive leadership, coaching, and feedback.
